Most consultations take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the size of your property and the number of windows. We'll answer your questions, show samples, take measurements and provide honest advice without any obligation to purchase.
Yes. We bring a carefully selected range of fabric, colour and product samples so you can compare options within your own home or workplace. Viewing samples in your own lighting helps you choose the most suitable window coverings with confidence.
No special preparation is required. Simply make sure we can access the windows you'd like us to measure. If you have inspiration photos, floor plans or ideas you'd like to discuss, we'll happily incorporate them into our recommendations.

Yes. Accurate measuring is included as part of every consultation. We carefully measure each window, check fixing locations and identify any installation requirements to ensure your made-to-measure blinds or curtains fit perfectly.
Most residential installations are completed in a single visit. Larger homes, offices and commercial projects may require additional time. We'll confirm the expected installation schedule before booking your fitting appointment.
Yes. We offer a professional fitting-only service for many blinds and curtains purchased elsewhere. We'll first confirm they're suitable for installation before providing a quotation for fitting.
For residential installations, yes, someone should be available to provide access and approve the completed installation. For commercial projects, we'll arrange installation at a time that best suits your business operations.

Lead times vary depending on the products you've selected and current manufacturing schedules. We'll confirm an estimated timescale when your order is placed and keep you updated until your installation is ready.
Once your quotation is approved, we'll confirm your order, begin manufacture and keep you informed throughout the process. As soon as your products are ready, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient installation date.
Changes may be possible if manufacture hasn't started. Because every product is made to measure, alterations become much more difficult once production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are required.
We'll keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process. Once your order is ready, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date and answer any final questions.

All new products include a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, giving you added peace of mind. Combined with professional installation and quality components, our products are designed to provide reliable long-term performance.
If you experience any issues after installation, simply contact our team. We'll assess the problem promptly and arrange the appropriate repair, adjustment or warranty support to ensure your blinds or curtains continue performing as expected.
Yes. We provide repair and maintenance services for many blinds, curtains and operating systems, including products originally installed by other companies. We'll assess the issue and recommend the most practical repair solution.
Absolutely. Many customers return when moving home, renovating or furnishing additional rooms. We'll match existing products wherever possible or recommend the closest available alternatives if fabrics have changed.
